Refund policy

 

At Río and Me, we do everything we can to pack our baby items with care and love. Not completely satisfied? Then you can make use of our return policy.

Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason.

After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as it was received

• The product is in the original packaging

• All tags and labels are still attached to the product

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept products that have been used, washed, or damaged.

Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned:

• Personalized items (products made specially with a name or according to personal wishes)

Registering a Return

Would you like to return a product? Send us an email within 14 days of receiving your order via info@rioandme.nl, including your order number and the reason for the return.

We will then send you further instructions.

Return Costs

The cost of returning items is at your own expense, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

Refund

Once we have received and checked the return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method used for the order.
